1. Who We Are

2. About Hun'Go

Hun'Go is a dating app built around healthy interactions. Ghosting, emotional unavailability, love bombing, and other toxic dating patterns are things we take seriously.
Hun'Go was made for people tired of wasting time with some negative behavior.

The Service is currently available on iOS only.

3. Eligibility

To use Hun'Go, you must be able to confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are a real, natural person. Not a business, organization, bot, or other automated account;
• You will maintain only one Hun'Go account; and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all of the above is true. If we determine that any of these conditions is not met, we may suspend or delete your account as described in Section 8 (Moderation and Enforcement).

4. Your Account

• 4.1 Creating an Account

  Accounts can only be created using Sign in with Apple.

• 4.2 Your Profile

  When you register, you'll provide certain information to build your profile: your real name, birthdate, sex, the sex(es) you're interested in, your dating intention, a bio, photos of yourself, "Hooks" (short personal facts you select from a predefined list of prompts and answers), your hobbies, and, optionally, your city.

  Your dating intention tells other users what you're looking for:

  • Wine: Serious
  • Cocktail: Hookup
  • Beer: Undecided
  • Coffee: Friendship

  You can edit your profile at any time, including your bio, photos, Hooks, hobbies, and city, except for your name and birthdate, which cannot be changed once your account is created.

  You agree that the information on your profile is accurate and belongs to you. Impersonating another person or providing false information is not permitted.

• 4.3 Account Deletion

  You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed. If you later want to use Hun'Go again, you'll need to create a new account; this may not always be possible (see Section 8).

• 4.4 Inactive Accounts

  We do not delete accounts for inactivity. If you stop using Hun'Go without deleting your account, your profile may remain visible to other users on the Service.

5. Connecting and Messaging

• 5.1 Explore and Cheers

  In the Explore tab, you'll see other users' profiles. For each profile, you can ignore it or send a Cheer (a like).

• 5.2 Accepting a Cheer

  If someone sends you a Cheer, you can see it and choose to accept or reject it. If you accept, you and the other user Connect, and a chat opens between you.

• 5.3 Messaging

  Once Connected, you can send each other private text messages. Messages are currently text-only and cannot be edited or deleted once sent, so please double-check before you hit send.

  Your conduct while Connecting and messaging, including what counts as respectful behavior, is also governed by our Community Guidelines, which we encourage you to read.

6. Safety: Blocking and Reporting

You can block or report any user you can see on the Service. When you report someone, you can choose a reason, this isn't limited to reasons like fake profiles, harassment, or the presence of a minor, but also includes behaviors like ghosting or love bombing, in keeping with what Hun'Go stands for.

We take reports seriously. See our Community Guidelines for the full list of what's expected of our community and how reporting works.

7. Content You Share

• 7.1 Ownership

  You own the content you upload to Hun'Go, your photos, bio, Hooks, messages, and anything else you create or share on the Service ("your content"). You must own it, or have the rights necessary to share it, before uploading it.

• 7.2 License You Grant Us

  By uploading content to the Service, you grant House HRR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and process that content, solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service.

• 7.3 Respecting Others' Content

  You may not capture, record, or redistribute content from the Service, including other users' profiles, photos, or messages, without authorization.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We want Hun'Go to be a place people can trust, so we moderate the Service actively. At our sole discretion, and without prior notice, we may:

• Temporarily ban an account;
• Permanently delete an account (which functions as a permanent ban); or
• Edit or remove parts of a profile, such as a bio, photos, or city name, that break our rules.

All moderation decisions are currently made by our team manually; we don't yet use automated moderation.

• 8.1 Appeals

  If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal by contacting us through in-app support or at support@web-radiance.fr. Appeals can't reverse an account deletion. If your account has been deleted, we may, at our sole discretion, allow you to create a new one, but this isn't guaranteed.

9. Hun'Go Tonic (Premium Subscription)

• 9.1 What It Is

  Hun'Go Tonic is our optional premium subscription, available in three billing frequencies:

  • Weekly (€3.99)
  • Monthly (€9.99)
  • Every 3 months (€17.99)

  Displayed prices may vary by region and currency, as set through the Apple App Store.

• 9.2 What You Get

  Hun'Go Tonic includes:

  • Up to twice as many profiles per day in Explore (subject to profile availability);
  • An undo button in Explore, to go back one profile if you accidentally liked, ignored, or blocked someone;
  • Increased visibility of your profile to other users; and
  • Access to the Intention Verification Test (see Section 10.1).

• 9.3 Payment and Billing

  Hun'Go Tonic is sold exclusively through Apple's in-app purchase system, as an auto-renewing subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple, not by us.

• 9.4 Cancelling

  You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. If you cancel, you'll keep your Hun'Go Tonic perks until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

• 9.5 Refunds

  Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple's own refund policies, we don't process them directly. Except where the law requires otherwise, we don't offer prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.

10. Verification Features

• 10.1 Intention Verification Test

  Available to Hun'Go Tonic subscribers, the Intention Verification Test was developed in collaboration with psychologist Fanny Carton.
  It consists of 5 questions based on your chosen dating intention (Wine, Cocktail, Beer, or Coffee), each with 4 predefined answers. The order of questions and answers is randomize each time your start the test.Your answers generate a hidden score; if your score meets the required threshold, you'll receive a Verified Intention badge on your profile.

• 10.2 Photo Verification

  Any user can verify their profile photos by taking a selfie within the app. If your selfie is approved, you'll receive a Verified Photos badge on your profile.

• 10.3 What Verification Doesn't Guarantee

  Our verification badges reflect the outcome of the relevant process at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of any user's identity, intentions, or honesty. See Section 14 (Disclaimers).

11. Acceptable Use

Alongside our Community Guidelines, when using Hun'Go you agree not to:

• Scrape or harvest data from the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app;
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access or interact with the Service;
• Create fake or duplicate accounts;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to the Service; or
• Abuse, probe, or misuse our APIs or systems.

12. Our Intellectual Property

Aside from the content you own under Section 7, all code, design, and other intellectual property that make up the Service belong to House HRR. Some elements, like fonts and icons, are used under license from third parties.

Nothing in these Terms gives you rights to House HRR's or its licensors' intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

13. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to run Hun'Go. See our Privacy Policy for details on how these providers may process your data.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

In particular, we don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service;
• That you'll find a successful connection with another user; or
• The authenticity, intentions, or honesty of any user, including users with a Verified Intention or Verified Photos badge.

You're responsible for your own interactions with other users. Meeting someone you've met on Hun'Go, online or in person, is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOUSE HRR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• The behavior or conduct of any user;
• Emotional distress arising from your interactions with other users;
• Loss of data;
• Connections that don't work out;
• Unauthorized access to your account;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; or
• Lost profits or business opportunities.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability, and even if we've been told such damages are possible. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

16. Indemnification

If your actions on Hun'Go cause legal problems, you're responsible for the consequences. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House HRR, including our officers, employees, and agents, against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Monaco, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18. Severability

If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, make up the entire agreement between you and House HRR regarding the Service, and replace any earlier agreements on the same subject.

20. No Waiver

If we don't enforce a right or provision in these Terms on one occasion, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

21. Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, for example, as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or reorganization, without needing your consent. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

22. Survival

Provisions that are meant to continue beyond your account or these Terms, including intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive account deletion or termination of these Terms.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app. By continuing to use Hun'Go after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
